How do I shop online?
Our website is designed to make your life easy. Simply scroll through our shop and when you see the product you like click on buy and follow the step by step instructions. If you should have a problem feel free to contact us via telephone and we will organise your transaction.
What if I don't have a credit card?
If you don't have a credit card contact us and we will organise cash on delivery for your purchase.
What are your Delivery Areas?
We provide a nationwide delivery service. Please see our shop for all our delivery charges. Please note that local deliveries are free of charge.
What are your Delivery Times?
We will deliver your order within 3-5 days after you order. We will contact you to confirm a delivery date and time. However if your purchase is for a special ocassion we offer a fast delivery service to ensure your gift is delivered on time.
What if I want to buy a product as a gift?
Simply fill in the 'add comment' box underneath the product with the recipients address and we will deliver it to them instead.
What if I want my product gift wrapped?
Simply fill in the 'add comment' box underneath the product and we will wrap it free of charge.
What should I do when I receive my plant(s)?
Please fully unwrap your product and water it. For detailed tips on plant care please contact us and we will gladly advise you.
What if I want my old pots and baskets replanted?
No problem!.. Simply contact us and we will organise a visit to you home or business to have them replanted.
What if I have not found what I was looking for?
Don't worry!!.....We can make you smile. Contact us and we will find it for you.
